Video News Release Restrictions
The film, images, sound recordings and artwork contained herein are strictly for editorial use, which, for the avoidance of doubt shall cover non-commercial promotion of the Innsbruck 2012 Youth Olympic Games. All other rights are reserved. The present authorisation is limited to the use of 30 seconds in length per excerpt and two (2) minutes in length in the aggregate for all excerpts included in each program and will terminate on 1 February 2012.
Any unauthorised use including, but not limited to commercial use or any use in order to create an association between the images, the Olympic Games, the Youth Olympic Games or the IOC and any of its properties or trademarks and a third party or the services or products of a third party is strictly prohibited.
Copying, renting, selling, licensing/sublicensing or otherwise dealing with these images or any part thereof in any other way than as authorised above is strictly prohibited, without the prior written approval of the IOC.
